Encourage balanced living as students practise healthy habits through movement, nutrition and wellbeing activities.

Youth Building Healthy Habits Together is a one-week international exchange designed to raise awareness of physical, emotional and social wellbeing among teenagers. Participants take part in language activities, a city-based photo challenge, school exchange, workshops on nutrition and healthy habits, traditional physical games and a guided yoga session in a natural setting. The programme closes with a reflection session, shared celebration and certificates.

Orientation, Language & Wellbeing Photo Walk

Get acquainted with the programme, practise basic phrases and capture city scenes linked to healthy living.

School Exchange & Social Interaction Games

Introduce schools, interact with local students and take part in activities fostering cooperation.

Nutrition Workshop & Traditional Active Games

Examine healthy eating through creative tasks and enjoy traditional games that promote movement.

Yoga, Relaxation & Emotional Balance

Experience a guided yoga session focused on flexibility, breathing and stress management.

Reflection, Showcase & Certificates

Review learning outcomes, share creations and conclude the exchange with certificates and a farewell snack.
